We do not accept returns as our wallpapers are made-to-order. So we suggest ordering a sample first to insure the colors and pattern are to your liking. All of our samples are the exact size of the pattern repeat.
However, if your order was damaged during shipment or misprinted, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of the damage/misprint/defect for our insurance. Once email and photos are received, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
WALL ART PRINTS:
Wall art prints that arrive that are misprinted/damaged/defective must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at email@example.com and include photos of the damage/misprint/defect for our insurance. Once the email and photos are received, we'll send a replacement free of charge within the 4 weeks of being delivered.
