Refund policy

We do not accept returns as our wallpapers are made-to-order. It your order was damaged during shipment or misprinted, let us know at Please include photos of the damage/misprint/defect for our insurance. Once email and photos are received, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
Wall art prints that arrive that are misprinted/damaged/defective must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at and include photos of the damage/misprint/defect for our insurance. Once the email and photos are received, we'll send a replacement free of charge within the 4 weeks of being delivered.

Damaged during shipping:

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days at Please include a photo of the damage to your item. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Completed orders:

Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact us directly by emailing –


If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined that a change would be beneficial.
